Built on the Fiat Ducato chassis with a 4-cylinder turbo diesel engine coupled to an automatic transmission the Jayco Conquest FA 25-1 is economical and yet powerful when you need to climb hills etc. It’s a beautiful modern vehicle with all of the modern features like power steering, power windows, cabin air conditioning, Leather seats, Bluetooth and cruise control so you will be cruising down the highway in luxury and style and arrive comfortable and refreshed at your destination.
It has a brilliant rear-view camera so you can see behind you as you are driving with two settings so you can also see things behind you as you are reversing. For your safety the vehicle is fitted with a bull bar in case you meet one of those pesky kangaroos! There is also a tow bar if you need to take a small trailer with you.
When you arrive, there is easy access from the cabin into the house area of the motorhome which is particularly handy on wet days. The driver and passenger seats rotate to incorporate into the dinette which is situated directly behind the drivers seat and create a space for 4 people.
The slide out allows you to create more room in the motorhome and gives access past the island bed into the full ensuite bathroom. In the bathroom you will find a separate shower, hand basin and toilet, as well as a 3.3 kg Sphere washing machine so you can freshen up your clothes wherever you are. This spacious bathroom means that one of you can be in the shower and the other can be shaving or putting on makeup at the same time.

You can sit outside and be comfortable under the fully electric awning which sets up in seconds creating a shady space on sunny days and a dry space on rainy days. There is also a hatch in this area with TV connections so you can watch the footy or a movie. One of the external hatches has a slide out for a BBQ or a generator for your convenience, a gas bayonet fitting and there is a drop down picnic table.
Inside there are two TVs, one in the dining area and one in the bedroom area (which can also be transferred outside as needed). There will be no shortage of programs to watch anywhere in Australia with the satellite dish on the roof giving you free to air stations at no charge across the country. Naturally there is a reverse cycle air conditioner in the home to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter.
The Jayco Conquest FA 25-1 has its own 12-volt power system featuring two 100 ah house batteries, and two 80 watt solar panels on the roof to keep them charged. They will also charge while driving and when you are plugged in to 240-volt power at a caravan park via the dedicated battery charger. This system will run all of the lights, water pump, TV, Radio, slide out, electric awning, electric entry step and satellite dish. It’s controlled by the BMPro Jcontrol system which takes care of the whole system so you don’t have to worry about it.
Free camping will be a breeze with this electrical system and you also have fresh water tanks, grey water tank and a toilet cassette so your vehicle is completely self-contained and will qualify for the CMCA’s Leave no trace scheme and you should be able to camp in National Parks.
